Tiny production, no sulfur added, sourced from undisclosed parcels between Rotalier and Saint-Lothain in the south of the Jura. Olivier works with Chardonnay and Savagnin for the whites — including the legendary Champs-Longs, aged sous voile for 24 months — and a blend of traditional red varieties for the Tinto.\u003c\/p\u003e   \u003cp\u003eThese are insider wines.
