Caroline Bellaye makes it in the natural Burgundy style: organic farming, indigenous yeasts, whole-cluster fermentation when the vintage permits, minimal sulfur, no fining or filtration. The 2022 vintage in Beaune was warm but balanced, wines of generous fruit, freshness, and bright structure. Expect bright cherry, red currant, dried rose, forest floor, fine tannins. Drink now through 2035, ideally later given the magnum format.

About the Producer

Les Horées is a rising natural Burgundy producer crafting soulful, terroir-driven wines across the Côte de Beaune with a particular focus on expressing individual lieux-dits with minimal intervention. Precise, honest, and full of the vibrant energy that defines the best of Burgundy's new generation. An exciting address for anyone seeking authentic small-producer Burgundy at the cutting edge of the natural wine movement.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0646/3445/4183/files/IMG_1547_df680b99-2b6a-4e38-afd4-dc2d0431177a.jpg?v=1778452685
