Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY. Contact us at contact@voila-wine.com to confirm your state.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders of $300+ to West Coast states (CA, OR, WA). Free shipping on orders of $500+ to all other eligible states. Rates below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on location. During summer months we may hold shipments to protect wine from heat damage.
What is a pre-arrival wine?
Pre-arrival wines are allocated to us but have not yet arrived in the US. By reserving pre-arrival, you secure your bottle before it lands. Pre-arrival orders ship as soon as the wine clears customs — typically 4–8 weeks from purchase.
Can I hold my order for a specific ship date?
Yes — select "Hold My Wine" at checkout (California orders only) to hold your wine at our warehouse and choose a preferred ship date.
Products & Orders
Are all your wines natural?
Yes. All wines are made by producers who farm organically or biodynamically and vinify with minimal or no intervention. We do not carry industrial or mass-produced wine.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum for standard purchases. Our wine concierge service has a minimum of $500.
Can I return wine?
We accept returns of corked or damaged bottles. Contact us at contact@voila-wine.com with a description and photo for a replacement or refund.
Age Verification
Do I need to be 21 to purchase?
Yes. By completing a purchase on voila-wine.com you confirm you are 21 or older. An adult signature may be required at delivery.
Wine Club
What is included?
Both tiers include 3 bottles per month with shipping included. Uncorked Adventures ($95/month) — easygoing natural wines for everyday drinking. The Flavor Trail ($149/month) — rare and cult-producer bottles including pre-arrival allocations.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime with no penalty. Log in to your account or email contact@voila-wine.com.
Can I customize my selection?
Selections are curated monthly by our team. We don't currently offer full customization, but email us with strong preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate.
