Refund policy
Modifying Your Order
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately at contact@voila-wine.com, and we will make every effort to correct it. Once an order has shipped, modifications are not possible.
Order Cancellations
- Orders that are canceled before shipment will not incur any fees.
- Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
- Orders that remain unpaid for more than 10 days may be automatically canceled without notice.
Pre-Arrival & Special Order Wines
- Cancellations are not permitted for pre-arrival or special order wines.
- Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may be subject to supplier delays.
- If a pre-arrival wine is delayed beyond 8 months, customers may request a store credit or an alternative selection at our discretion.
Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Shipments
- If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can resolve it.
- Any packages that are refused or undeliverable will be returned to Voila Wine LLC at the customer’s expense.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple missed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours and provide:

✅ Photos of damaged products and packaging
We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Corked Wine Policy
We take great care to ensure that all the wine we sell is properly stored and in excellent condition. However, corked wine is an issue beyond even the winemaker's control.
- All wines are sold as-is and refunds will not be issued for corked bottles.
- If you believe your wine is compromised upon opening, email us at contact@voila-wine.com, and we will assess your case.
📌 Note: Voila Wine LLC does not offer refunds or accept returns for wines that are over ten (10) years old.
Tracking & Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for tracking and monitoring their shipments.
- If a package is refused or undeliverable, it will be returned to Voila Wine LLC at the customer’s expense.
Purchase Limits
- Certain items may have a purchase limit per customer (e.g., a limit of 1 x 750ml bottle per customer).
- Customers may not place multiple orders to circumvent these limits.
- If you wish to purchase more than the allowed limit, contact us at contact@voila-wine.com for approval.
Age Verification & Compliance with Shipping Laws
- By placing an order, you affirm that you are over the age of 21.
- An adult (21+) signature and valid ID are required upon delivery.
- Voila Wine LLC complies with all California and U.S. laws regarding alcohol shipments. Customers are responsible for knowing the shipping laws in their state before placing an order.
