At Voilà Wine, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all continental U.S. states except Mississippi and Delaware.

Free shipping is available:
✅ On orders over $500 across all continental U.S. states (except Utah).
✅ On orders over $300 in California and Oregon.
🚫 No free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
📦 Utah has a flat shipping fee regardless of order total.

Order Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are confirmed within 1–2 business days and processed within 2–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• We may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect the quality of the wine.

Shipping Methods
We offer Standard and Economy shipping options depending on your location and order size. Available methods and timelines will be shown at checkout.

Delivery & Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order.

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

• Adult Signature Required: Due to alcohol regulations, an adult (21+) must be present at the time of delivery. Couriers will not leave packages unattended.

• If the customer fails to receive the package or schedule a hold location and the parcel is returned to us, they will be charged the return shipping fee and the cost to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery. Provide:
✅ Your order number
✅ Photos of damaged products and packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Weather Delays & Shipping Holds
To preserve wine quality, shipments may be delayed due to extreme heat or freezing temperatures. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
