Languedoc-Roussillon is not a standing volume category for us. We bring these wines in only when a bottle rises above the region's broad reputation and shows the same precision, farming quality, and sense of place we look for in Burgundy, Jura, Loire, Rhône, and Champagne.
When available, this collection may include small-production reds and whites from distinctive estates working with Mediterranean varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Clairette. The best examples combine southern generosity with freshness, mineral detail, and a grower-driven point of view.
This page may be quiet between allocations. That is intentional. We would rather keep the category selective than fill it with generic southern French wine. Check back as new bottles arrive, especially from producers connected to the new wave of serious, terroir-focused Languedoc estates.
