The Paul & Leo Project was born from a friendship and a mutual love of wine. Paul, a U.S. importer, and Léo, the winemaker behind Domaine de la Renardière in Pupillin, came together to create a wine that highlights the unique terroir of Pupillin and their shared values.
Grapes were sourced from organic vineyards in Pupillin, and vinified in a natural way. This project reflects a commitment to sustainable farming, hands-off winemaking, and cross-continental collaboration built on trust and respect for the land.
