Dard & Ribo is one of the pioneering domaines in the Northern Rhône’s natural wine movement. Established by René-Jean Dard and François Ribo in the early 1980s, the duo has built a cult following for their pure, terroir-driven Syrah and white Rhône varietals. They practice organic farming, hand-harvesting, and use minimal intervention in the cellar, fermenting with native yeasts and avoiding excessive sulfites. Their wines are known for their vibrant fruit, elegance, and drinkability, standing apart from more extracted and structured Northern Rhône styles.
Located in Crozes-Hermitage, they also work with vines in Saint-Joseph and Hermitage, producing expressive, energetic wines that are often released early to highlight their freshness and approachability.
