Philippe Pacalet is one of Burgundy's most celebrated natural wine négociants, a Beaujolais native, nephew of the legendary Marcel Lapierre, and winemaker who has spent decades crafting some of the most vibrant, living, and intellectually captivating Burgundies available today. Sourcing fruit from carefully selected growers across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, Pacalet vinifies without sulfur, using indigenous yeasts and the most minimal intervention to produce wines that overflow with terroir character, freshness, and soul.
