From one of Southern Burgundy’s most historic family estates, the Pouilly-Vinzelles "Les Longeays" 2018 by Domaine Thibert is a velvety, mineral-driven Chardonnay that reveals the unique complexity of its terroir. The vineyard’s soils are a mix of Jurassic limestone, clays rich in carbonate and calcium, and deeper neutral clays—ideal for creating a wine of finesse and longevity.

Aged for 11 months in oak followed by refinement in stainless steel tanks (total élevage of 23 months), the wine is bottled with minimal or no filtration. While beautifully expressive now, this Pouilly-Vinzelles is built to age gracefully over the next 8 to 10 years.
