From founding an independent bookstore in Aix-les-Bains to reviving ancient vineyards in the Haute-Savoie, Francis Rousset is no ordinary vigneron. With technical training in Beaune and under the mentorship of pioneering Savoyard natural winemakers, Rousset brought new life to the slopes of Villaz—once a 100-hectare Roman agricultural estate.
