Chantereves is a dynamic micro-négoce in Burgundy, founded in 2010 by Japanese winemaker Tomoko Kuriyama and French vigneron Guillaume Bott. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, the duo crafts terroir-driven wines with a commitment to organic and biodynamic principles, working closely with growers and cultivating their own vineyards.
With extensive experience in top domaines—Tomoko previously at Weingut Altenkirch in the Rheingau and Guillaume at Domaine Simon Bize—they bring a fusion of precision, tradition, and innovation. Their wines undergo whole-cluster fermentation, native yeast fermentations, and minimal sulfur use, resulting in pure, expressive, and vibrant cuvées that have garnered a cult following among wine enthusiasts and sommeliers alike.
Chantereves produces both red and white wines across a selection of Burgundian appellations, showcasing their meticulous approach and respect for terroir. Each cuvée is crafted with finesse, focusing on elegance, freshness, and balance.
About the Producer
Chanterêves is the project of Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, a couple whose passion for Burgundy led them from careers as an oenologist and winemaker respectively to becoming two of the Côte de Beaune's most exciting small-producer voices. Working biodynamically across 4.9 hectares in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, they craft terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with natural vinification and minimal intervention in the cellar. Their wines are discreet, delicate, and full of energy, the authentic expression of meticulous enthusiasts who never lose sight of the poetry in a bottle. Limited production and an unwavering dedication to quality have quickly made Chanterêves one of the most sought-after grower estates in Burgundy.
