Chantereves is a dynamic micro-négoce in Burgundy, founded in 2010 by Japanese winemaker Tomoko Kuriyama and French vigneron Guillaume Bott. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, the duo crafts terroir-driven wines with a commitment to organic and biodynamic principles, working closely with growers and cultivating their own vineyards.

With extensive experience in top domaines—Tomoko previously at Weingut Keller in Germany and Guillaume at Domaine Simon Bize—they bring a fusion of precision, tradition, and innovation. Their wines undergo whole-cluster fermentation, native yeast fermentations, and minimal sulfur use, resulting in pure, expressive, and vibrant cuvées that have garnered a cult following among wine enthusiasts and sommeliers alike.
