The 2022 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Pinot Noir is a vibrant and terroir-driven expression of Burgundy. Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards, this wine is bursting with fresh red berries, subtle spice, and a touch of earthiness. The palate is silky and refined, with bright acidity and fine-grained tannins that give it structure and depth. Aged for 12 to 18 months in barrel, with 40% new oak and 60% three-year-old barrels.

Domaine Olivier Guyot is a family-run estate based in Marsannay, at the northern tip of the Côte de Nuits. With a deep respect for Burgundy’s terroir and a commitment to sustainable farming, Olivier Guyot works with old vines and traditional winemaking techniques to produce wines that are pure, elegant, and expressive. His vineyards are farmed using organic principles, with plowing done by horse and minimal intervention in the cellar to allow each cuvée to reflect its origins.
