Les Horees is a micro-négociant run by Pauline Dupin-Aymard, who crafts energetic, whole-cluster Pinot Noir from organically farmed parcels. Les Prévolles sits just below Beaune's premier cru slope on clay-limestone soils, and the 2022 vintage captures the site’s lifted, red-fruited charm.
Aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and orange peel lead into a silken palate with notes of cranberry, herbal tea and subtle spice. The tannins are ultra-fine, leaving a saline finish that keeps the wine light on its feet.
Serve at 58-60F with roast chicken, seared salmon or mushroom tart. Production is tiny and allocations disappear quickly; we have only a few cases to share.
About the Producer
Les Horées is a rising natural Burgundy producer crafting soulful, terroir-driven wines across the Côte de Beaune with a particular focus on expressing individual lieux-dits with minimal intervention. The range spans single-vineyard Aligoté (En Coulezain), Côte de Beaune Blanc from the Monsnières site, and the charming Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain red, all made with indigenous yeasts, natural fermentation, and the kind of careful, hands-off winemaking that allows each terroir to speak for itself. Precise, honest, and full of the vibrant energy that defines the best of Burgundy's new generation. An exciting address for anyone seeking authentic small-producer Burgundy at the cutting edge of the natural wine movement.
