About Domaine de la Cras and Marc Soyard
Marc Soyard trained for six years at Domaine Bizot in Vosne-Romanée under Jean-Yves Bizot, learning the rigorous, hands-off natural philosophy. Since 2014 he has been the sole vigneron of Domaine de la Cras, the city of Dijon's monopole estate, where he farms 8 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay organically with biodynamic practices. He is the only producer in the world permitted to use the historic Coteaux de Dijon designation.
