2022 L'Ambroise from Jérémy Recchione is a distinctive red blend from the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation. This cuvée harmoniously combines Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from vineyards around Vosne-Romanée.

The wine presents a bright ruby red color. On the nose, it offers an intense and complex bouquet with notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, alongside hints of spices and subtle undergrowth nuances. On the palate, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with fine and well-integrated tannins. The freshness of Gamay perfectly complements the depth and elegance of Pinot Noir, offering a long and persistent finish.

Vinification & Winemaking:
Terroir: Limestone and clay soils in the Vosne-Romanée area
Vinification: Whole clusters of Gamay are used along with a healthy addition of destemmed Pinot Noir at the top of the vat. Fermentation occurs with minimal intervention, allowing the wine to reveal the purity of its terroir.
Aging: Matured for eleven months in wooden barrels, further enriching its structure and complexity.
