Domaine de la Tournelle was founded in 1991 by Evelyne Joly (née Zucca) and Pascal Joly in the heart of the Arbois appellation, establishing itself as one of the Jura's most respected and authentically natural estates over three decades of dedicated work. Farming organically across some 7 hectares of Poulsard, Trousseau, Savagnin, and Chardonnay vines on the region's characteristic blue-grey marl and limestone soils, the Jolys produce terroir-driven wines of real character and soul, including a celebrated Vin Jaune and a Vin de Paille crafted in the Jura's most traditional styles. Low-intervention in the cellar, with native yeasts and no filtration, the estate's small-batch cuvées are genuine expressions of Jura's unique and irreplaceable wine culture.
