The 2022 Les Horées Beaune Les Prévolles is a single-lieu-dit Pinot Noir from a Beaune village parcel on the Côte de Beaune slope, here bottled in magnum (1.5L) for collectors who want a wine that will age slower and develop more nuance. Caroline Bellaye makes it in the natural Burgundy style: organic farming, indigenous yeasts, whole-cluster fermentation when the vintage permits, minimal sulfur, no fining or filtration.
