Domaine Moreau-Naudet is Stéphane Moreau-Naudet's small but deeply committed estate in Chablis, producing terroir-driven Chablis from Premier and Grand Cru parcels with a strong emphasis on low-sulfur, authentic vinification. Stéphane farms his vines with care and precision on the celebrated Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils that give Chablis its signature chalk-and-oyster minerality, working with indigenous yeasts and minimal additions to let the terroir express itself without interference. His wines are prized in the natural wine world for their freshness, tension, and the honest way they capture what Chablis truly tastes like, steely, saline, and brilliantly defined, without the intervention that can homogenise lesser estates.
