A joyful, crunchy Gamay sourced from a fellow organic grower in the southern Beaujolais. Nicolas Jacob vinifies this with several weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, then ages the wine for extended élevage in 600L barrels. The result is pure drinking pleasure — vibrant, juicy, and brimming with life.
While Jacob is best known for his extraordinary Jura whites, this Gamay showcases his deft touch with reds. It's the kind of bottle that disappears fast at the table — effortless, energetic, and deeply satisfying.
