The range covers Gevrey-Chambertin, Côte de Nuits-Villages, Pernand-Vergelesses, Rully, and Bourgogne Aligoté, each lieux-dit bottled separately to let the terroir speak for itself. Indigenous yeast fermentation, no fining or filtration, and a zero-interference philosophy in the cellar produce wines of striking purity and precision.
