Voilà Wine curates organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention Burgundy from small independent growers. Our Burgundy selection focuses on producers working under 10 hectares, farming organically or biodynamically, and making wines that prioritize terroir over commerce. Every bottle in this collection is hand-selected by Paul Baldi, our founder and sommelier, formerly of Atelier Crenn, Quince, and Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
The producers we work with
Chanterêves: The Burgundy project of Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, founded in 2010. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, they farm 4.9 hectares biodynamically across Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
Camille Thiriet: Young Burgundy domaine founded in 2016 by Camille Thiriet and winemaker Matt Chittick. Organic farming, minimal intervention, single lieu-dit Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
Domaine A.-F. Gros: Anne-Françoise Gros's family domaine in Vosne-Romanée. Our regional Bourgogne Pinot Noir from this estate carries the Vosne-Romanée DNA at an entry-level price.
Bastian Wolber: A natural-wine producer working in close collaboration with Chanterêves, making village Burgundy from Savigny-lès-Beaune and Côte de Nuits-Villages. One of the most exciting new-generation voices in Burgundy.
Maison Uliz (Antoine Petitprez): Founded with a philosophy centered on organic and biodynamic viticulture across multiple Burgundy parcels. Low-intervention winemaking that lets terroir speak.

Domaine Fourrier: Jean-Marie Fourrier's tiny Gevrey-Chambertin estate, one of the most allocation-driven names in Burgundy. Vieilles Vignes Pinot Noir from vines averaging 60 to 90 years old.
