The white and rosé wines at Voilà Wine represent the full spectrum of what natural, low-intervention winemaking can produce: from the oxidative, nutty Savagnin of the Jura to the racy, mineral Chenin Blanc of the Loire; from bone-dry Champagne Blanc de Blancs to the delicate, pale-pink Rosé de Saignée of Burgundy.
What unites our white and rosé selection is farming integrity and cellar honesty. Every producer works without chemical herbicides or pesticides in the vineyard, and every wine is made with indigenous yeasts and minimal or zero additions in the cellar. These are wines that taste of where they come from.
